How long will it take to deliver my order?1-5 working days (depending on delivery location): Pretoria and surrounds: 1-2 working days Main Centres: 2-3 days Regional Areas: 4-5 days Please note: All orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent out the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on Monday.

Where can I track my order?After you've placed your order you can track your order here. Simply enter your order number and your order tracking details will be shown. Please allow 24 hours before tracking your order.

Do you offer free delivery?Yes! All orders over R1000 get free delivery. This will automatically be applied on checkout.

Can I order custom shirts for my event or club?Yes. Please contact lizia@rabbitheart.co.za or annie@rabbitheart.co.za , or call/WhatsApp us on 0776001000 to discuss your needs, and find out about our different partnership options. We will design and manufacture shirts or socks in the funky Rabbit Heart style that fits with your brand and specifications. We can use different fabric combinations that fit your needs.

What size do I go for?Socks: If you're in between sizes UK 7 & 8 we suggest that you rather size down (4-7). It's better to have a snug fit than a loose fit. Shirts: We have really gone out of our way to get the sizing right. Our shirts are unisex but ensure a good fit for both ladies and men. Ladies, if you enjoy a tighter fit, please take one size down from what you usually wear.

What are the differences between your socks?We did not try to reinvent the wheel just yet. We have chosen Versus to make our socks. Please refer to their Sock Tech page for all the information regarding the Active Crew Socks. We have tested these socks in extremely technical conditions, and we really haven’t found any other company that produces better quality socks for the difficult terrain South African Trails offer.

What are the differences between your shirts?We tested many fabrics and combination of fabrics. Our shirts are designed for maximum comfort and breathability. They dry quickly and keep you cool. The fabric on the back of our shirt is specially treated to make the polyester more hydrophilic, increasing the ability to transfer sweat to the outside of the shirt, allowing it to dry extremely quick, decreasing the clinging effect to the body, and it is manufactured locally!

How do I change my personal information or e-mail address?You may update your personal information by logging into your profile using your e- mail address and password and accessing the “My account” section of the website.

How do I return my order for a size swop or if I ordered incorrectly?In the event of a return query, please send items via a verified courier i.e: courier guy, Aramex, Fastway, etc. - Products must be returned in the exact condition they were received in and in their original packaging complete with all swing tags / labels attached. Used items will not be accepted. - Returned items must be sent back to Rabbit Heart within 7 working days. I have returned item without using it. How long will it take for me to receive a replacement item?Please allow between 7-10 working days for this process. The item will need to be returned to our warehouse and inspecting by our team.

Can I cancel my order?Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. You will need to receive your delivery & then go through the return process. For assistance, contact our online team at sales@rabbitheart.co.za

When will I receive my refund?Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving the parcel at our warehouse. You should receive your refund within 3 to 5 working days, via EFT. Note that, sometimes it can take longer for the funds to appear in your account depending on the bank or credit card company's processing times.

How do I reset my password?Click the “Forgot password” link on the login page and enter the same e-mail address you have used to create your online profile. You will receive a “Reset password” email with a link to reset your password. Click the “Reset password” link in the e-mail you have received and enter a new password. Should the problem persist please contact us for assistance.
